Flexibility in Global Mobility while mainstreaming processes: processes: HR Global is part of the “DGfP // Annual Global Mobility Conference” for the second time
We at HR Global Consulting are delighted to be participating in the second annual conference of the German Association for Human Resource Management (DGfP). Following the successful cooperation between DGfP and HR Global at the Global Mobility annual conferences in 2018 and 2019, Daniel Zinner, founder and Managing Director of HR Global Consulting, will once again moderate the DGfP Global Mobility annual conference on 26 March this year.
Renowned international speakers (Ellen Jansma, Ian Johnson and David Remedios, to name but a few) will give many insights into trends and challenges in the field of International Human Resources, both in keynote speeches as well as in discussion groups.
This year’ s focus will be on: “Flexibility in Global Mobility while mainstreaming processes”. It will be particularly exciting to see how SMEs, start-ups and corporations continue to operate efficiently while having to meet additional regulatory requirements. How do companies manage to harmonise company culture with the requirements of their employees while still remaining flexible? What needs to be taken into consideration if service providers are to be called in to perform Global Mobility tasks – everything from managing RfP (Request for Proposal) to vendor management? When does it make sense to completely outsource the Global Mobility function and when is it better to continue to handle certain processes internally?
International experts from DGfP and HR Global Consulting will address these and many other questions under the moderation of Daniel Zinner. We are delighted to be able to be part of the conference once again, and to meet many familiar faces as well as new professionals from the Global Mobility world in Eschborn. To accommodate for the international audience, the entire event will be held in English. Further information on the DGfP Annual Global Mobility Conference and a registration form can be found here.
