HR Global Consulting was established in Berlin at the beginning of 2020 by Daniel Zinner. Daniel is also the founder of the Zinner Global Mobility GmbH, which develops and promotes the topic of global mobility. Corporate groups, SMEs and start-ups often benefit from consultation on international personnel management. Daniel quickly realised that support in the implementation of HR processes is also often necessary. In light of digitisation and internationalisation, it is more important than ever that projects are efficiently structured and sustainable.
Beate Hild is an HR manager and coach with heart and soul. With her extensive experience as a human resources manager, she structures HR topics, develops solutions and supports large corporations as well as medium-sized companies in their operative implementation. Her strengths are pragmatism and empathy, specifically a hands-on mentality.
